Comprehensive Health and Attitude Management Program Inc (C.H.A.M.P.) is a leading opiate abuse treatment services provider in Hawaii with 2 locations Honolulu and Maui. C.H.A.M.P.'s primary mission is the reduction of the harm and restoration of life functioning for opiate abusing and opiate dependent adults by the provision of substance abuse treatment through methadone maintenance and methadone detox and support services for substance abusing adults and their families.
