Program Description:

Lakeview NeuroRehabilitation Center offers individuals with neurologic disorders nontraditional treatment conducive to functionally-based individualized rehabilitation. The individuals we serve typically have problem behaviors associated with their neurologic diagnosis that have compromised their success in other rehabilitation settings, closer to home.

Lakeview is located in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley area of New Hampshire. The main campus is on Green Mountain in Effingham Falls overlooking the scenic Presidential and White Mountain ranges of the Lakes Region. Other locations include apartment based community re-entry and supported care options in local communities.

Formulation of a dynamic, discharge focused treatment plan is vital to each individuals success. The individual, family and payor are expected and encouraged to participate in treatment planning prior to admission and throughout the treatment process to ensure that goals and discharge planning correlate.

The staff at Lakeview understand that in today's healthcare climate, appropriate utilization of resources and cost effective, efficient treatment planning is paramount to an individual's overall lifetime success.
